Ingredients:
- Dough
- 2 lbs (900 g) potatoes (starchy, boiled and peeled)
- 1 egg
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Filling
- 12 fresh plums (small, ripe, but firm)
- 12 sugar cubes (or 1 tsp sugar each)
- Ground cinnamon (optional)
- Coating
- 1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp butter
- Powdered sugar, for serving
