- 1 lb (450 g) ground pork (or mix pork & beef)
- 2 slices of white bread, soaked in milk and squeezed out
- 1 medium onion, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp marjoram (optional, traditional flavor)
