  • 150 g (3/4 cup) sugar
  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 200 ml (about 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) sour cream
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp semolina or flour
  • Pinch of salt
